🎯 Key Responsibilities
✏️ Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution (B2B Focus)

Support development of quarterly marketing plans with senior management

Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and help draft proposals

Contribute to campaign frameworks across digital, brand, and event channels

Build and manage marketing roadmaps & execution timelines

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) and external vendors

Track and report on key marketing metrics

✅ Qualifications
2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B or technical industries such as architecture, real estate, engineering, or automation)

Experience in campaign planning, brand building, or content creation

Familiar with digital platforms, marketing automation, and CRM tools

Strong organizational & time-management skills

Able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively

Fluent in Korean and English (TOPIK level 5+ preferred)

Must reside in Korea with a valid work visa
