📌 Main Duties

Front Desk Customer Service

Guest check-in and check-out

Concierge services and general assistance

Responding to guest inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction

Other front desk related duties as assigned

Working Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday, Tuesday off

⏰ Working Hours

08:00 AM - 04:00 PM (5 days a week)

12:00 PM - 08:00 PM (5 days a week)

🎯 Requirements

Hotel and service industry experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in English, Japanese, or Chinese preferred

Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred

Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

🎓 Education & Experience

High school diploma or higher

Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred

Relevant work experience preferred

🌟 Preferences

Experience in hotel and service industry

Multilingual skills (English, Japanese, Chinese)

Degree in Hospitality or related field
