💼 Job Title
Specialist, SD & Automation Consulting

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage solution design & automation data to identify improvement areas

Design, develop and implement automation & robotics solutions

Prepare facility layouts and improvement plans for efficiency and space

Analyze warehouse performance and suggest optimizations

Ensure efficient facility and equipment placement

Measure throughput and process performance using tools (e.g., time-motion study)

Coordinate with key Solution Design stakeholders (IT, Real Estate, HR, etc.)

Gather & analyze data to identify critical gaps

Develop tools and models to support solution decision making (e.g., cost, productivity, layout)

Create budget models using simulation tools

Prepare client-facing presentations for warehousing solution designs

🎓 Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of warehousing, transport, and supply chain

Experience in logistics automation (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools

Familiarity with modeling/simulation tools (at least one)
