Italian Localization / CM / CS Manager (Contract Position)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Translate and validate game content (Korean/English → Italian)

Manage online community platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) – post content, reply to 1:1 messages, analyze KPIs

Respond to players’ email inquiries (e.g., bugs, account issues, game-related questions)

🎓 Qualifications
Fluent in Italian and Korean (TOPIK Level 6 or native speaker)

Previous experience in the gaming or mobile industry

Strong passion for games and a proactive attitude

Deep understanding of Italian trends and culture

Solid localization experience

Must hold a valid visa or meet E-7 visa eligibility (for non-Korean nationals)

Bachelor’s degree or higher

No restrictions on overseas business travel (e.g., military obligations)

💡 Preferential Requirements
Experience with CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ)

Graphic skills (e.g., Photoshop)

Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office

Game localization experience

🕘 Work Conditions
📍 Location: Gasan Digital Complex, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul

⏰ Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

📝 Contract: 1-year with potential for extension or full-time conversion

💰 Salary: Negotiable
