🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📦 Manage in-product advertising operations, partnerships, and settlement processes with sellers

📊 Monitor key advertising metrics to assess client and partner satisfaction and improve retention

📬 Understand and respond to advertiser needs regarding in-product content

🔄 Coordinate content specifications based on client requests

💡 Identify and handle inbound leads to expand the client base

🧰 Propose and improve IT services of our in-house platform to enhance operational efficiency

❗ This is not a simple operator role limited to inbound customer responses—please consider the broad responsibilities outlined above

❗ We are not seeking someone who passively receives tasks or overlooks early-stage collaboration responsibilities

❗ If you're unfamiliar with marketing, development, design, startup, or advertising industry trends and terminology, it may take significant time to adjust

✅ Qualifications
🗣 Fluent in Japanese communication

🧑‍💼 Experience in client management, service operations, or customer support

🏃 Proven ability to handle fast-paced, diverse operational tasks

🌟 Preferred Qualifications
🗾 Understanding of the Japanese B2B market and business culture

🌐 Interest and experience in building 0→1 operational processes

💬 Ability to communicate asynchronously and across languages with partners from various countries

📄 Strong writing and documentation skills for client-facing communication
