🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🌍 Source and manage influencer gifting/PR campaigns in Russia/CIS
📲 Run paid influencer marketing campaigns in Russia/CIS
📺 Operate social media channels (Instagram, Telegram, etc.) for Russian-speaking audiences
📈 Conduct market research and trend analysis for Russia/CIS regions

✅ Qualifications
📌 Must be available for full-time, in-office work
🗣 Fluent in Russian and highly comfortable using it professionally
💬 Able to communicate in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or higher)

🌟 Preferred Qualifications
🏠 Native of Russia/CIS or has lived in Korea for over 1 year (Foreign nationals welcome)
📱 Experience operating SNS accounts for Russia/CIS markets
🚀 Passionate about launching new brands or products
🎯 Positive mindset toward marketing, content, and communication
💡 Interest in global marketing trends and influencer culture

📌 Working Conditions
🏢 Work Location: Challengers HQ (Seoul)
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday / 8 hours per day
🗓 Contract: 6-month contract (with possibility of full-time conversion)
💰 Salary: KRW 3,000,000/month (based on experience)
